Nationwide Building Society has upped its valuation and homebuyer report fees across the board.

The new fees will take affect from close of business on Wednesday 21 February 2007.

For valuations, the fees have been typically increased by between £10 to £15 for properties below £800,000. The biggest increase is for properties betwen £800,000 and £900,000, where the valuation fee has been increased by £135.

 

 

The Society will continue to make no charge to remortgage customers or those applying for subsequent additional borrowing.
